TOP THREE IDENTIFIED PROBLEMS
TOP THREE IDENTIFIED PROBLEMS
We identified our three community problems using the Hanlon Method by scoring issues based on size, seriousness, and intervention effectiveness, ensuring an objective prioritization. Additionally, we incorporated community feedback through surveys and discussions to align our priorities with the most pressing local concerns.
The Comprehensive Health Plan for San Vicente is structured around six key intervention areas: education, manpower, ordinance, infrastructure, operations, and materials. These components work together to address community health needs by ensuring proper resources, trained personnel, and supportive policies. With a total budget of 192,400 pesos, this plan aims to create sustainable and impactful health improvements for the residents of San Vicente.
