Adyton's mission is to create competitive advantages for its business partners and their clients via new technologies.
Adyton's social responsibility is to help people with vision, memory, attention, and certain other disabilities to become independent and to stay independent longer.
Bill Crose founded Adyton, LLC in the Detroit Metro area. He has a long history of performance improvement and learning technology leadership across many industries, including healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, energy, and more. His driving force has always been to create competitive advantages through learning and performance improvement.
Bill's interest in creating more ethical and climate-friendly businesses led him to write the book "AI-driven Needs Analysis" to further that effort. He holds 2 patents, has 1 patent pending, and has produced the world's smallest FCC-certified earphone, which is designed to be used with the Pythia software.
Bill enjoys using, learning about, and developing new technologies. He and his wife have 2 grown children; one is an anesthesia nurse, and the other is a globally recognized information security professional.
