To: Cut Training Costs | Eliminate Waste | Accelerate Change | Rapidly Create SOPs
The Pythia™ Digital Coach:
Safely enables manual workers to perfectly perform SOPs step-by-step, hands-free, worldwide, 24/7/365.
Assures every SOP is performed perfectly every time.
Collects data to continuously improve worker and work system performance.
Uses AI to immediately alert supervisors when a process step has been underperformed.
Enables users to request help immediately when needed.
Is highly secure, operates 100% via voice, requires no special equipment, and reports performance insights across individuals, work groups, and work systems.
Experience the Pythia™ digital coach as a user and administrator
Why put another meeting on your calendar when you can try Pythia™ FREE on your own time?
(Click the dropdown arrows below to start your demo)
Step 1: > Use your iOS or Android device to Download, then install the “Pythia™ Performance” app from the Apple App or Google Play Store
a) Tap the app on your device’s home screen.
b) Use one of the logins below to enter the site.
c) Click all the checkboxes.

NOTE:
Use the exact username and password as shown including the "+" sign
When a login doesn't work it means someone else is using it, so try another.
a) When you hear, “Say Hey Coach, and a process title to begin”
b) Reply “Hey Coach Pythia™ Demo”
a) Follow the Instructions you hear.
b) The wake phrase is, "Hey Coach". Say the wake phrase before all requests and commands.
c) Commands include; Next, Repeat, Previous, Help, Quit, and Feedback.
d) More process titles you can request are displayed on the phone’s home screen but try "Make Process" followed by "Assign Process" to get the administrator experience.
e) Operate the digital coach by voice alone and without reading the screen text.
** For best results use a Bluetooth headphone
The digital coach, like Google Home and Amazon Echo, constantly listens and processes your speech in 4-second segments. This means your requests must completely fit into a queue, otherwise, you will need to repeat your request. The best solution to this is to say commands quickly. If your command is not recognized, say it again very quickly. Example: “Hey Coach Next Hey Coach Next.”
Use off-the-shelf Bluetooth earphones or headphones with noise cancellation built into the mic to reduce interference from nearby speakers
Turnaround time is less than 1 second when using 5G phones & networks or 4 seconds with 4G phones & networks.
Say, “Hey Coach, Make Process.” Then, follow the instructions to make a new process you can run on your device.
When finished making a process, say “Hey Coach Assign Process,” then follow the instructions to assign the process you just made to yourself
To hear the process you just created and assigned to yourself, open the Pythia Performance app on your device, then say, “Hey Coach,” and the title you gave your process
Consult the presenter if you need help during DemoFest, or email admin@adytonusa.com if you need help later.
Thanks to Pythia™, developing a digital coach from scratch is unnecessary!
Implementing Pythia™ is simple. Work with an Adyton system administrator to do a proof of concept (POC). The POC will establish a financial benchmark for use in calculating the potential break-even date and return on investment of using Pythia™ in any business. To proceed, the Adyton system administrator will arrange all the training and support needed to implement Pythia™. The system administrator will assist with customizing roles, adding users, developing SOPs, and anything else needed to successfully implement the Pythia™ digital coach.
Because digital coaches capture performance ratio data, including the amount of time users spend on each process step workers perform, evaluation is as simple as comparing pre-Pythia™ performance to post-Pythia™ performance. If there's an acceptable break-even date and return on investment, then you've made a great decision!
Despite innovation, there are still more manual workers making the products and delivering the services that businesses worldwide depend upon for profit. Those workers include all life scientists, most engineers, trades workers, bartenders, cooks, housekeepers, and many others. Those workers have unique work environments as they often cannot safely, efficiently, or aseptically access computers, handheld devices, or printed aids as they work. This means those workers must memorize every assigned process they're expected to perform or use a performance aid that can be operated hands-free. When processes or process steps are too critical to leave to memory alone,
Before implementing artificial intelligence or robotic interventions, businesses must first have valid, unbiased, reliable performance ratio data. That data must be automatically captured at the production worker level.
Every business needs to rapidly grow sustainable profit, and they do that by enabling, assuring, and continuously improving both worker and work system performance. Training and learning require memorization, which is often impossible or insufficient.
Businesses often need workers to perform perfectly perform their assigned processes or people could be injured or property damaged. In those cases, performance cannot be left to memory alone.
Businesses need to implement artificial intelligence and robotic solutions to stay competitive. Those solutions require valid, unbiased, reliable performance ratio data that must be automatically captured as people work.
Continuously improving both worker and work system performance requires ratio data and worker feedback.
Each of those needs and others are met with digital coaches and cannot be met with training or learning alone.
Digital coaches use a mobile device connected to cloud services, database records, a conversational interface, and a digital timer. Users verbally request a process they want to perform by title via a mobile device and Bluetooth or WiFi earphones. The conversational interface converts the request to speech, encrypts it, sends it to the cloud via WiFi, finds the corresponding record, converts the first text field to speech, encrypts it, sends it via WiFi to the earphone, starts a timer, then waits for the user to give a command to play the next step. When the command is given, the system stops the timer, saves the data to a performance record on the cloud, converts the next text field to speech, and then repeats until all steps are completed. When all steps are completed, users give optional performance improvement feedback, the feedback is saved to the performance record, and then the user can request a new process.
