For driving directions to the DoubleTree, please visit this link. If you are flying, the Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is about 16 miles away. There is no hotel shuttle but SuperShuttle costs about $20 each way.

CONTINUING PHARMACY EDUCATION
The University of Southern California School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Advancing Prevention in the 21st Century: Commitment to Action (P21) 2.0 Conference is a knowledge-based program for pharmacists. This knowledge-based activity was assigned Universal Activity Number 0007-9999-17-009-L04-P for 3.25 contact hours (0.325 CEUs) with an initial release date of May 17, 2017 and expiration date of May 17, 2020. There is a fee to attend this program. Following verification of attendance and submission of post-test and a program evaluation form, an ACPE statement of credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor 4-6 weeks following the completion of the program. This will be a high-level meeting with experienced leaders working to improve equity in health and wellbeing. The expectation is that participants will come with a certain level of shared understanding of and commitment to doing this work.
