Alok did his Ph.D. in Computational Biophysics from IIT Kanpur, his research interest lies in computational biology/chemistry with applications in finding therapeutics for cancer causing targets, designing biomaterials for wide-scale applications and finding intervention strategies to prevent/treat Alzheimers.

Dipti Kumari

Ph.D. Scholar

Dipti has completed her M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. She is currently working on identifying potential genes responsible for heat acclimatization in various wheat varieties during heat stress. Her area of research includes studying plant stress genomics for crop improvement.

Palak Singla

Ph.D. Scholar

Palak completed her M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. She was awarded with Institute Research Fellowship to pursue her doctorate. She is currently working on combating cancer metastasis by studying the Pyruvate Kinase M2 protein.

Avantika completed her M.Sc. in Systems Biology and Bioinformatics from Panjab University, Chandigarh and worked in ABL from July 2023 to January 2024 as a research intern. She has been awarded an Institute Research Scholarship to pursue her doctorate. She is currently working on developing AI/ML-based models to combat Alzheimer's disease.
