Note: We should send this also to the Hon Andrea Michaels MP in her capacity as Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs, as well as the ACCC-
Contacting a business to fix a problem | ACCC *(Regarding whether we should send letters to the ACCC or not, I think it would be a waste of our time because the ACCC is a Commonwealth department and they only deal with national issues, and where it is a state based issue, it is referred to Consumer and Business Affairs. So perhaps take the bit out about the ACCC, because the jurisdiction is state based. )

The starting point is the following letter sent to two Adelaide City Councillors, Premier@sa.gov.au, and the MPs responsible for transport: Minister.Koutsantonis@sa.gov.au and hartley@parliament.sa.gov.au
I met you last week at the Public hearing on Tuesday, 14 May, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at the Adelaide Town Hall.
I have completed the survey, and my submission relating to “ongoing difficulties that rideshare drivers face within the Adelaide CBD every day and night” that I included in the survey, is attached.
I have included members of the state government to ensure everyone is on the same page and can collaborate to implement changes that help rideshare drivers operate more safely and legally as they do their job.
Kind regards
