Member Attendance

Members are expected to attend  scheduled rehearsals. 

PLEASE let the director know if you are running late or unable to attend. 

 A member may miss up to 4 scheduled rehearsals (in cases of sickness, job conflicts, bad weather, etc) without penalty. We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to miss a rehearsal.  If you miss MORE than 75% of the scheduled rehearsals, the director and/or president may ask you to leave the group.

Rehearsals are rarely cancelled.  Cancellation decisions will be made by 5 pm. 

If we cancel, you will find the information on our Face Book page, Twitter and on the Voices webpage.

Adk A Cappella members will receive an email and/or text notification as well. 

If you are unsure of the weather situation, please reach out to the director. 

Members > If you don’t like to drive in bad weather, you may want to save your absences for these situations.
