At Sukham Jeevan Private Limited, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use the अदिरथ app, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal information.
What happens when you delete your account?
Personal Profile: Your name, email, and profile details will be will be retained upto 1 year and then permanently scrubbed from our active databases.
History: All past ride-sharing details and trip logs linked to your ID will be retained upto 1 year and then permanently scrubbed from our active databases.
Active Orders: Any pending food pre-orders will be cancelled (non-refundable if already processed by the vendor).
How to Initiate Deletion:
In-App: This is the fastest method (our technical team is developing it and will be available soon in the app itself).
Via Web (This Form): You can also fill out the request form below, if you have already uninstalled the app or otherwise.
Data Retention Note:
Pursuant to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and Google Play policies, we may retain certain transaction logs (e.g., payment receipts) for up to 1 year solely for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. This data is archived and not used for any other purpose.
In compliance to "Right to Erasure" protocols, we will inform the users, via email, at least 48 hours before their data is actually erased.
