Dispensing Equipment — A&E carries high-quality automated glue guns and dispensing equipment used for product assembly and packaging glue lines. Available glue system parts include applicator heads designed for maximum durability, Valco Melton-compatible nozzles; low-profile hot melt guns for case sealing and closing applications, reduced-cavity hot melt guns for regular consistency and more accurate patterning, and zero-cavity hot melt guns designed for optimal glue precision. Customized guns can also be ordered for nearly any application.

Adhesive Hoses — Standard, high-flex, washdown, and spray hoses are available, as are resistance temperature detector (RTD) hoses, which are very popular thanks to their reliability, reputation for safe operation, and consistent temperature control. All materials in theses hoses are chlorine-free, eliminating the risk of electrical-connection corrosion and gun plugs, which can cause hot spots and reduce service life.

Hot Melt Dispensing Valves — These modules offer a compact, modular design while providing reliable, economical service. They are available for every type of pattern requirement, no matter how simple or complex. Specific applications include high-speed, noncontact extrusion, as well as ribbon coating, fine-line gluing, and swirl-spray. Custom configurations are also available.

Adhesive Filters — Adhesives filters and inline filters aid in day-to-day operations and routine maintenance. Applicator and filter jackets insulate hot melt parts to help them operate efficiently without heat loss, while service kits help maintain clear passages, ensuring smooth and consistent adhesive flow.

Replacement Nozzles — These replacement hot melt nozzles provide superior performance through precise bead placement, bead paths, and bead widths. Efficient fluid flow and accurate adhesive placement ensure strong seals and eliminate pop-opens and adhesive waste. Available nozzle types include single orifice, single orifice right angle, dual orifice, double orifice, button, triple orifice, quad orifice, circular pattern, and taper conversion heads.

Fittings — Hot melt equipment fitting replacements are available in straight, 45°, and 90° angles, and are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM standards. Customized parts are available as needed.
