• Provides a matching platform that connects job seekers with good and promising careers, while helping Indiana employers find and hire qualified candidates. 

• Provides consulting and capacity building to meet high-demand workforce needs and catalyzes transformative partnerships between employers and talent providers.

• Enables systems-level change by conducting labor market research and sharing best practices to positively impact people throughout the state.

• Post job opportunities from Ascend Indiana spreadsheet file into the Ascend Indiana Database. 

• Ensure the links to jobs are working by clicking the link to the job opportunities to ensure candidates are not taken to the wrong website or located to the jobs that are already expired. 

• Scrape jobs from employers' websites into a spreadsheet for other employees to post on the company’s network website.
