Abbotsford has many leisure activities to offer throughout the seasons. Getting involved in the community via physical or social activity is a great way to connect with others and make diverse friendships. In addition to education, employment, and housing, leisure is a key part of recovery to stay active and to keep your mood lifted.
"By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work." Genesis 2:2
