Show Night

Please READ!

1. If you have any equipment (instruments, mats, tables, etc.) everything MUST be assembled and ready to go NO LATER THAN 5:30pm on Friday, April 14, 2023. 

2. You may begin dropping off your equipment at 5:15 p.m. You will not be allowed to enter the building prior to this time.

3. Please take ALL equipment backstage to be assembled and set-up.

4. Students will need to be checked in and seated in their assigned rows NO LATER THAN 5:30 p.m. The check-in table will be located left of stage.

5. Students will be seated in the order of their Acts. You'll receive a number at check-in. Please seat yourself in your assigned number. 

6. The center front row will be reserved for parents to come down only during their child's performance for optimal viewing. Please return to your seat after your child's Act to allow the next set of parents to be seated.

7. Once your Act is completed, please return to your assigned row for the remainder of the show.

8. There will be a "finale" song at the end of the event. We will call the performers up on the stage to take a final bow. Please stay on stage celebrating until all performers are there with you and the music has concluded. 

9. All equipment may be picked-up back stage at the END of the show. (We want to be courteous to all performers and minimize disruptions during the event).

General Information

Restrooms are located in the hallway across from the north exit door at the back of the auditorium.

As a courtesy, please wait until the end of an act to stand up, find your seat, or enter/exit the doors of the auditorium.

No food or drink allowed in the Auditorium
