Important Notes

Because your time is valuable, you'll receive a specific call time a week prior to dress rehearsals via e-mail. All performers will need to be in the ROMS Auditorium 10 minutes prior to their scheduled call time.

Performers must comply with the following instructions:

All performers should be in the ROMS auditorium 10 minutes before their specified call time.
We will be running through the entire show in the "Act order". DON'T BE LATE!
When you arrive, please proceed to the front of the stage to check-in.
If you are not present at your scheduled call time, we will not wait for you! We must move on and your student will not be able to practice on Monday.
If you have any equipment (instruments, mats, tables, etc.) everything MUST be assembled and ready to go at your scheduled time.
All of your props/equipment will need to be taken home after rehearsal and brought back on Friday, April 13th, 2023 prior to the Talent Show.
Students are free to leave after their scheduled rehearsal time.
If you are participating in the 5th Grade Opening Act, you may return at 6:35 p.m. Or, you can stay and watch all the Acts rehearse.
All children must be supervised by their parents or caregivers. The Talent Show Committee and volunteers are not responsible to watch the children during Dress Rehearsal.
