I opened up a ton of toys and soldered a 3.5mm jack onto them so that they can be plugged into anyone's button and accessed by many children who would otherwise be unable to play with these toys. For example, if someone can only slightly move their head, they can't interact with regular toys, however they can activate a button. By attaching a jack, which can be plugged into any of OUSD's buttons, many more kids are able to play with these toys.
I took a toy bell and motorized it so it can be button controlled.
I adapted 3 wiffle ball shooters so that kids with special needs can participate in PE with their regularly developing classmates. I also adapted a potato peeler so that these kids can help out around the house.
