Need Wound-Care Help Right Now?
If you are dealing with a wound and have difficulty accessing care because of housing instability, lack of insurance, immigration concerns, or financial hardship, you can reach out to ACWS for support.
We provide safe, non-clinical wound-care guidance and care coordination.
You do not need insurance, ID, or proof of legal status to ask for help.
If you have fever, spreading redness, black or dead tissue, uncontrolled bleeding, or feel seriously ill, seek emergency care immediately.
A Commitment to Dignity, Safety and Access
Advanced Chronic Wound Solutions (ACWS) believes that access to safe wound-care coordination and healing guidance should not depend on income, housing status, insurance coverage, immigration status, or systemic barriers.
Through our Compassionate Care Access Programs, ACWS provides non-clinical wound-care healing guidance and care coordination to individuals and communities navigating complex healing challenges under difficult circumstances.
Services are offered through a combination of sliding-scale support, donation-supported care and fully free programs, based on individual need, safety considerations and available resources.
These programs are designed to:
reduce preventable infections and complications
support healing and dignity
improve care navigation
decrease unnecessary emergency visits
reach underserved and vulnerable populations safely
What ACWS Does
Advanced Chronic Wound Solutions (ACWS) provides physician-led wound-care guidance and care coordination to support patients, caregivers and care teams between medical visits - improving continuity, safety and confidence during complex healing.
We are not a clinic, home health agency, or emergency service. We do not provide procedures, debridement, prescriptions, or medication management.
Compassionate Care Access Programs
ACWS offers structured access pathways for individuals facing complex healing challenges - especially when financial hardship, housing instability, insurance limitations, or systemic barriers limit access to care.

Safety & Legal Boundaries
Important Safety Notice
ACWS provides education, guidance and care coordination only. We do not provide medical procedures or debridement, prescriptions or medication management, emergency or urgent medical care, legal or immigration services.
Clients with severe infection, uncontrolled bleeding, black or necrotic tissue, fever, rapidly worsening wounds, or signs of systemic illness will be referred immediately to licensed medical or emergency care. Safety always comes first.
Sponsor Continuity Care for High-Risk Wound Patients
ACWS partners with organizations to sponsor physician-led wound continuity oversight for individuals at high risk of wound deterioration due to housing instability, limited access to care, or social barriers.
Sponsorship funds a contained, non-clinical continuity layer - including education, safety guidance and escalation recommendations - designed to reduce preventable worsening between medical visits.
This model does not replace medical providers, facilities, or discharge teams.
It exists to reduce unmanaged gaps, escalation risk and system strain.
Why Organizations Sponsor
Reduce avoidable deterioration and infections
Lower preventable ED visits and readmissions
Support responsible continuity for vulnerable populations
Convert unfunded risk into a structured continuity process
