Initial Wound Care Consultation

This is where structured oversight begins. Wound history, healing trajectory, and risk profile are assessed. A clear, physician-led path forward is established.

Most patients arrive having managed without clear clinical guidance. This consultation changes that - immediately.

Please complete the ACWS Client intake Form prior to your consultation. This secure folder contains all required intake forms, disclosures and consultation preparation documents. 

Follow-Up Wound Consultation 

For returning clients. Progress reviewed. Care direction reinforced. Deterioration is identified early - before it becomes a crisis. Healing is not linear. When something shifts, it must be addressed before the window for early intervention closes. 

In-Home & Caregiver Support 

For those managing wound care at home. Builds accuracy, eliminates guesswork, and ensures warning signs are recognized before they become emergencies.

You should not be making critical wound decisions. ACWS provides physician-led oversight structured around:
