Technical Officer: Key Populations Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project)

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization registered as a Trust under section 20:03 in Zimbabwe. Intends to provide quality support to Youths in Key Populations, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths living with HIV.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ Technical Officer who will ensure that the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) is running within the project.

Duties will include Providing Intensive guidance to the programs team, making sure that targets are reached as per donor requirements and support to the organization's Project Goal.  Provide Capacity Building to Staff and other Implementing Partners. Reports to the Executive Director, Timely reporting.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least a Post graduate Diploma/ Degree in  Strategic Information/ Monitoring and Evaluation/ Social Work/ Project Management/ Teaching Sciences/ Development Studies.  At least 5 years working experience at a similar position in an NGO setting.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ Economic Strengthening and Livelihoods Officer who will ensure that the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) is running within the project.

Duties will include Providing Intensive Livelihoods and Economic strengthening education and support to the organization's beneficiaries.  Provide Capacity Building to Staff and other Implementing Partners. Reports to the Technical Officer, Timely reporting.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least a Post graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Adminstrations/ Agriculture/ Education Specialised in Agriculture.  At least 5 years supporting livelihoods programs at an NGO setting.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ a Project Finance Assistant who will ensure that the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) finances, requests, petty cash are being disbursed with compliance to the donor rules and regulations.

Duties will include Assisting in Finance Project Management, procurement of venues and other pools needed, Training and Mentorship of Organization team in complying to the donor rules and fraud management. Approve cash requests and  quotations. Negotiating with the service providers.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least an upper second Diploma or Degree in Finance Management, Business Administrations, Procurement and Logistics. At least a qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CIPS. 5 years experience with donor finance rules and regulations knowledge.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ Project Monitoring & Evaluation  Officer who will ensure that planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) is ongoing.

Duties will include Supporting the National and District teams with planning, research, monitoring and evaluation of the program, Training and Mentorship for the District Programs Officer, Associates and Data Entry Associates.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least a Post-graduate Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Stategic Thinking, Masters in Development Studies. At least 5 years experience in a National or Regional position at an NGO set up.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ two Project Drivers who will ensure that the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) programs are running.

Duties will include Supporting the District and National Teams during work errands, Abide with Vehicle policies, Cleaning and servicing project vehicles.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least 5 Ordinary levels including English Language, Class 2 or 4 Drivers Licence and Defensive Driving Certificate is a must. Able to operate a Manual vehicle.  5 years experience driving an NGO vehicle is an added advantage.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ two Data Entry Associates who will support the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) through data collection, entry and analysis.

Duties will include Data Collection from Programs team, Data Entry, Preparation of data analysis, Directly reporting to the District Project Officer, Training and Mentorship of Peer Educators and Churches and Communities Initiative Mentors,  timely report submission of Activities.

*Qualifications*

A person should have at least a Diploma/ Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analytics. At least 2 years Experience in Data Analysis, Entry and Collection.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is seeking to employ two Project Assistants who will work under supervision from the District Programs Officer assisting in ensuring that the Key Population Advocacy, Prevention and Treatment (KPAPT Project) is running within the district.

Duties will include assisting in District Project Management, Training and Mentorship of Peer Educators and Churches and Communities Initiative Mentors, Working closely with Data Entry Associates, timely report submission of Activities. Assisting in preparing Cash Requests and Acquittals.

*Qualifications and Experience*

A person should have at least a Diploma or Degree in either  Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Psychology. At least 2 years in HIV and Key Population Programming.
