Action for Youth Foundation Trust through HIV/AIDS & PSS Project conducts TB and Mental Health Screenings during support group meetings. Referral support to all beneficiaries.Â
Through this Project, the organization also conduct home visits and sms reminders for strengthening ART adherence.
HIV/AIDS & TB PROGRAMMING
Youths Living with HIV need treatment, care, safer spaces where they support each other. Helping each other for partner HIV Disclosure, Adherence Counseling, fitness through ball games and sports activities.
Main aim of this project is to make sure that Young People living with HIV are living happy and healthy with suppressed Viral load.
Strengthening support group meetings and attendance through routine support.
Supporting Young People living with HIV through carrier guidance, educational support and Income Generating Projects.

HIV/AIDS & TB PROGRAMMING- Action for Youth Foundation-Trust is contributing on the third 95 Global Target for the Viral load Suppression through Supporting HIV positive youths providing counselling and disclosure support.
Stop HIV Criminalization, STIGMA & DISCRIMINATION
Through the HIV & PSS Project, Action for Youth Foundation Trust advocate to stop criminalization, stigma and discrimination. The organization involves all different stakeholders to ensure that knowledge about HIV has reached everyone.
