Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a non-profit making community-based organization registered as a Trust by the Registra of Deeds prioritizing its beneficiaries through sensitive involvement of Youths Living With HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and all Youth in Key Populations (LGBTIQA+) transforming their lives through Advocacy for Equality, Sexual Reproductive Health Education, Child Protection, Livelihoods, Psychosocial Support, Economic Strengthening Support and Educational Support.

Giving hope to the most vulnerable population including, young women, Orphans, Vulnerable Children and Youths affected by HIV/AIDS in urban and remote areas.

Transforming lives of young people living with HIV/AIDS, Orphans, Vulnerable, Children and Youth in Key Populations from Poverty and Vulnerability of HIV/AIDS and Sexual Transmitted related Infections by 2035.
