Student Support Services Team

In this role, Dr. Bagherpour provides leadership in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs within the Division of Student/Faculty Affairs & Services. These services include student/faculty room and board, travel, transporation, immigration, spouse works permits, counseling, and other non academic services to promote student and faculty well-being and success. She works closely with the Director of Admissions, HR officer, and Dean.

Ms. Massicott is responsible for student visas, transportation, off campus housing, and non academic events on campus. Ms. Massicott is also responsible for the new student onboarding process and is here to help support students while they are in Dominica. She has worked in education for over 10 years

Dr. Rinker is responsible for student onboarding and New Student Orientations after admissions, Student Disability Services, Student Wellness Assistance Programming, Non-Academic Student Life and general student services that promote a happy healthy student learning environment. Prior to joining ACSOM, he was the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at American University of the Caribbean. He has over 16 years experience in non-profit and for profit higher education.
