Applied Control & Robotics Research Laboratory

Department of Power and Control Engineering Shiraz University

Applied Control & Robotics Research Laboratory (ACRRL)

The ACRRL Lab at Shiraz University was founded by Dr. Mohammad Hassan Asmani  in July 2018.This laboratory conducts research and applies it to a broad variety of systems, including robotics, medical engineering, and so on. The emphasis is on developing and assessing innovative and intelligent control strategies for these types of systems. Furthermore, basic research studies on existing control methods and the enhancements and optimization of existing methods are also carried out in the form of master and doctoral theses including such control methods as robust, fractional, intelligent, and LPV-based. In addition, the lab has provided an opportunity for undergraduate students to present and perform creative student projects in the form of an undergraduate project. This makes the lab a highly effective platform.

Open projects for B.Sc. student

The projects defined in this section are based on a real problem. The method of execution and implementation of these projects are creative and can be different based on the ability of students.

These projects have a high potential for practical implementation and there is also the possibility of extracting articles from them.

Students can choose from these projects based on their personal interests or even present the project implementation method based on their ideas and knowledge in the form of a proposal.
