ACR is paperless. Any document not sent as an e-file will need to be scanned. I use the Adobe Scan app.
Files are set up with a topic then the years are listed within that topic, except, Non-Year-Specific Files and Multi-Year files and reports. In the non-year-specific files folder, you will find forms, letterhead, and other items not attached to a specific year.
Some emails have standard responses and those can be found My Drive > Non year specific > Email Responses & frequently used docs

Open, sort, scan, file, deposit
Checks - scan and save in the correct customer folder
Email Supporting Strategies every time you pay an invoice or deposit a check and attach the invoice and payment receipt (confirmation email). In the email, include how to categorize the expense or income in QuickBooks.
Deposit check(s) into US Bank checking (Unless the check is for TCR - TCR has its separate checking account)
