Historically, the Board meets in person annually at the ACR "main" conference on Thursday of the conference. Depending on the issues that arise, the Board often meets virtually a couple of additional times each year.
Track all the Board votes (including those that take place outside of the Board meeting in person or virtual.)
Post completed updated minutes in the Board Manual
Update the Board Manual in December/Jan of each year (new positions, award committees, conference data)
Update the ACR website with new board members every January 2nd

ACR Board Welcome and Updates - Rajiv sends a "welcome" email to the board. (In 2023 it was the week of January 15)
Make sure the Board Manual is up to date before Rajiv sends the email to the board.
Prepare email drafts for each award committee and the election committee. Use the previous year's emails as a first draft, then update the dates and details. Make sure the award $ amounts are current! :)
