1. Where are classes located?

   1. Classes are located at the secure Valley Metro Rail Operations & Maintenance Center - 605 S. 48th St Phoenix AZ

2. What is the cost of attendance and certification?

   1. There is currently no charge to attend Track Access training.

3. How long is the Track Access class?

   1. Attendees should expect to spend 2.5 hours at the training sessions

4. I attended Track Access Training, how do I request an Access Permit?

   1. To request access, Track Access trained personnel must submit an access request and attend the weekly Track Allocation meeting.

5. I am interested in becoming Track Access certified, but have no impending projects near on rail property, may I attend Track Access training?

   1. Maintaining the integrity and security of the Valley metro light rail system is top priority, therefore person whom have no impending business needs to access rail property are ineligible to receive Track Access training.

6. I registered for a Track Access training session, but have not received a confirmation e-mail. Am i registered?

   1. The registration system does not send e-mail responses to confirm registration. Instructors will have a printed list with the names of all persons registered.
