My rebellious attitude developed throughout my childhood. I vowed to myself that I would never let anyone tell me what to do. So it took a while for me to let the Holy Spirit heal the wounds in my soul and teach me how to submit to the authority that He put in my life.

If you will start making right choices, God will give you the ability to get through it and things will turn around for you. Be prepared! When you start making an effort to be submissive, your flesh is going to have a screaming fit.

Rebellion is an attitude. It resists authority. The good news is that God can change your heat to be submissive to His authority. If you will be flexible in His hands, allow God to mold your heart and do with you in you and through you what He wants to do, the He will give you what you need.

He always has the best interest at heart. He will never ask you to do something without also giving you the ability to do it.
