Start every tutoring session with a prayer of thanks to the Holy Spirit, since we are grateful for the presence of God around and within us.
We use "SAT Vocabulary in the Bible" and link many vocabulary studies to scripture. We also encourage MASTERY (see mastery.org for information about the Mastery Transcript) and we encourage the use of a free website to display the student's work to colleges and universities.
The Free Website Project can help, too. TinyURL.com/FWPStart. See Tony Wagner's talk about Digital Portfolios (TinyURL.com/sunTonywagnerDP)
