Achorn Acres Farm

About us:

                   Located on the Upton/Westborough line (267 North Street, Upton), the beautiful Achorn Acres farm is home to five horses and one mini horse named Sneakers.  Owned by Steve and Cathie Achorn and managed by Julie and Craig McCoskery.  Our second farm, McCoskery Ranch also located in Upton is the home to our farm animals that visit during camp. 

Our lead instructor, Craig McCoskery is an accomplished horseman with over 30 years of experience riding, showing and training horses.  Craig specializes in starting young horses and teaches new riders to ride and drive. In addition to working with horses, Craig's full time job is as an educator.  

Julie Mccoskery has been working with horses and children for her whole life and specializes with our younger riders.  In addition to working with horses, Julie is a pediatric nurse and enjoys training wild mustangs.
