REFUND POLICY — ACHARYA APP

Axovira Technologies has established this Refund Policy to ensure fair and transparent handling of all subscription-related transactions for the Acharya App.

1. GENERAL POLICY
1.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate activation of Pro features upon payment verification, ALL subscription payments are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
1.2 By completing a payment and submitting your Transaction ID, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

2. WHEN REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
We will issue a full refund ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:
2.1 Double Payment
- If you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription period
- Must be reported within 48 hours of the second payment
- Proof of both transactions required
2.2 Payment Not Verified
- If you made a successful UPI payment but Pro was NOT activated within 72 hours
- Must be reported within 7 days of payment
- Valid UPI transaction screenshot required
2.3 Technical Error
- If a verified technical error on our part prevented you from accessing Pro features for more than 7 consecutive days
- Must be reported within the subscription period
- Subject to our investigation and confirmation
2.4 Unauthorized Transaction
- If you can prove the payment was made without your knowledge or consent
- Must be reported within 24 hours
- Police complaint/bank complaint may be required

3. WHEN REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Subscription not used or partially used
❌ Device change or loss
❌ Account deletion by user
❌ Account suspension due to Terms violation
❌ Dissatisfaction with features (features are clearly described before purchase)
❌ Internet connectivity issues on user's end
❌ Requests made after 7 days of payment
❌ If Pro features were successfully activated and used

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at support@axovira.com within the eligible timeframe
Step 2: Include the following information:
- Your registered email/phone number
- UPI Transaction ID
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of UPI payment confirmation
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Step 4: If approved, refund will be processed to your original UPI account within 7-10 business days

5. REFUND AMOUNT
5.1 If eligible, refunds will be for the full amount paid.
5.2 We do NOT provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
5.3 Any bank charges or UPI transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
6.1 You may stop using Acharya Pro at any time, but:
- No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
- Your Pro access will continue until the subscription expires
- Subscriptions are NOT auto-renewed, so you simply do not need to renew
6.2 After expiry:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved
- You can continue using free features indefinitely

7. FREE PLAN
The Acharya Free plan is completely free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund policy applies to the Free plan.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision:
- You may escalate by emailing support@axovira.com with subject "REFUND DISPUTE"
- We will review your case within 5 business days
- Our final decision will be communicated in writing
8.2 We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Legal action should be a last resort.
8.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
