Evaluations

Education Rounds, Research Rounds and Journal Club evaluations are located on the Presentation page.

End of Rotation Feedback forms will be sent to the last preceptor you were with (i.e. the preceptor who spent the majority of the last week of the block with you).

The Clinical Teacher Evaluation form is available to be triggered at any time in MedSIS. Please be aware that these forms are gathered together and distributed cumulatively with all learners (Gen Peds residents, electives, other subspecialty residents) to each Preceptor at the end of each year. They will not have any identifying information and will only be sent to the preceptor if a minimum of 3 evaluations are received.

The Rotation Evaluation form is also to be completed at the end of each rotation. These are analyzed on a yearly basis and are used to make improvements to each rotation. This is also available to be triggered at any time in MedSIS.
