B.006.2 - The Political Party Regulations Act

1. All political parties must have at least three members to officially run on ballots.

2. Political parties cannot run with any intent to commit treasonous activities.

3. Any political party that attempts treasonous activity can be voted to disband forcefully via a National Assembly vote.

B.007.2 - The Census Act

1. The Prime Minister, in conjunction with the Ministry of Homeland Affairs, must conduct a census within 2 weeks of their inauguration.

2. Citizens of Acadia must respond to the census.

3. Citizens who do not respond to the census may be demoted to resident status.

a. They may be further demoted by not responding to 2 consecutive censuses.

b. They may request reinstatement of their citizenship after responding to a census.

B.008.4 - Wissotsky Compensation Act

Definitions:

1. If the Government, or a Government run development wishes to use or claim land for future developments, then such land must be clearly and obviously signposted, as such that any average or common New Friends would be able to understand as to make the claim obvious

2. If the Government requires currently occupied or otherwise claimed land, then such land must be purchased from the citizen or New Friend at a price deemed appropriate by the current owner, discussed in Negotiations

A. When contacting the citizen/New Friend, one must allow 24 hours to past without response before it is assumed that the Citizen/New Friend is uncountable, in which case the Government may seize the land for use.

B. If land cannot be bought or negotiations otherwise break down, 50%+1 Majority in a National Assembly vote for the seizure of the land than it can be immediately seized without compensation

3. All above clauses are irrelevant if claims are from a citizen that is a current member of another civilization, with the exception of Javaya citizens.

B.010.1 - The Executive Term Limit Act

1. No prime minister may serve more than three terms

2. Any time an interim prime minister spends as prime minister does not count in their term limits.
