SOLUTION FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHOSE MacOS COMPUTERS EXPERIENCE PERFORMANCE ISSUES (SLOWNESS) WHEN TAKING EXAMS ON BLACKBOARD WITH SMOWL (DECEMBER 2025):
1-Uninstall the version of SMOWL that is causing errors.
2- Install the version available at: https://swl.smowltech.net/monitor/SCMdownloadMac.php
If students need help with the installation, they should visit the IT support team on floors 3, 6, 9, or 12 of the Tower, on floor 4 of the Segovia Campus, or contact them at https://ie.service-now.com and use Live Chat.
