Description: Designed novel 'Variable Rate Multi-pulse Pulse Position Modulation (VR-MPPM)' codes for visible light communication to independently control brightness while transmitting data on white LED lights.

Responsibilities: Managed operations of PTCL's Wireless Local Loop (WLL) network in Gujranwala and Lahore. Worked in Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN), Digital Switching Network Development, Optical Fiber Access Network (OFAN) departments in the central zone. Supervised system upgrades, maintained subscriber and system databases, prepared and analyzed network health reports, developed software tools, troubleshooted network problems and subscriber issues, conducted training sessions for junior staff, managed staff duties, installed new sites, and re-homed old nodes for optimized network resource utilization. Conducted and participated in acceptance tests of new equipment installations.
