From Tagaytay City – Take the Tagaytay–Amadeo Road, then follow Crisanto Mendoza de los Reyes Avenue going to Amadeo. Travel time is about 15–20 minutes, and the church is near the town center.
From Trece Martires City – Drive through Governor’s Drive heading to Indang, then take the road leading to Amadeo. The trip usually takes 25–30 minutes by car.
From Silang – Take the Silang–Amadeo Road, which connects directly to the town proper in around 20 minutes.
From General Trias or Dasmariñas – Ride a jeepney or bus bound for Tagaytay and get off at Amadeo town proper. The parish church is just a short walk from the drop-off point.
From DLSU-D - From DLSU-D gate, ride a jeepney bound for Pala-Pala or Robinsons Dasma, from Robinsons Dasma, transfer to a jeepney going to Tagaytay via Amadeo. Get off at St. Mary Magdalene Parish along the main road near Amadeo town proper. Just in Front of the Municipal Hall.
