The Café Amadeo Development Cooperative is a group of local coffee farmers and producers in Amadeo. It was formed to promote Amadeo’s coffee industry and to give farmers better opportunities through fair trade and support. The cooperative also helps showcase Amadeo as the “Coffee Capital of the Philippines.

Cafe Amadeo Development Cooperative is owned and managed by local coffee farmers and stakeholders in Amadeo, Cavite. As a cooperative, its members collectively contribute resources, make decisions, and share the benefits. Unlike private businesses, control is exercised democratically each member has a say in operations and development. The local government supports the cooperative, but the ownership and management remain with its farmer-members, ensuring that profits and opportunities go back to the community.

Cafe Amadeo Development Cooperative is located in the town proper of Amadeo, Cavite, making it easy to reach by both private and public transportation.
From Tagaytay City – Take the Tagaytay–Amadeo Road, which leads straight to Amadeo town proper. Travel time is about 15–20 minutes by car or jeepney. The cooperative is located near the municipal hall.
From Trece Martires City – Travel through Governor’s Drive going to Indang, then take the road leading to Amadeo. The trip usually takes 25–30 minutes, and the cooperative can be found within the town center.
From Silang – Use the Silang–Amadeo Road, which connects directly to the town proper in around 20 minutes. Once in the town center, the cooperative is a short walk away.
From General Trias or Dasmariñas – Ride a jeepney or bus bound for Tagaytay and drop off at Amadeo town proper. From there, the cooperative is just a few minutes’ walk from the municipal hall.
From DLSU-D- Ride a jeepney to Robinsons Dasma, then transfer to a jeepney going to Amadeo. Get off at Amadeo Public Market where Café Amadeo is located nearby.
