Control & Ownership
The Amadeo Municipal Hall is owned and controlled by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Amadeo. This means the municipal government is responsible for its maintenance, use, and administration. It is the seat of local executive and administrative functions — where the mayor’s office, municipal planning, and other government services are located.
Because it is government property, any changes in its usage — for example converting parts for public events, or using it for non-governmental commercial activities — would require approval by the municipal officials and compliance with relevant laws.
