ABLES has a special interest in preparing young children for their formal schooling years. As a trained, (MultiLit) PreLit instructor, ABLES uses fun and engaging activities that help children develop phonological awareness and oral language through carefully planned, evidence-based teaching of emergent literacy skills and concepts. These proactive, early literacy (and numeracy) intervention sessions, incorporating hands on numeracy and fine motor development, will help to provide the best start to your child’s formal schooling years. They are ideally suited to children that are about to embark on their first year of formal schooling (Prep in QLD).
