Comparative Study of Oral Devices

Two different delivery devices with different drug solutions were used to compare the effectiveness with oral administration at the oropharynx. LES simulations were run on Ansys Fluent to simulate the airflow with 13 million elements and DPM was used to compare the deposition. Plume angles of two devices were calculated separately using innovative table top experiments without the help of any expensive high performance cameras.
