With over thirteen years of experience as a community association manager, I aim to make the inspector of election process as seamless as possible. I am available for your next annual election or measure on ballot. Please note I keep costs down by performing duties by hand and without an automated envelope opener or vote tabulator.

I am available during the COVID-19 lockdown and can record the tabulation process or live stream via Skype or other streaming platform from my home office. I am also willing to record or live stream the tabulation process at a predetermined location with up to one board member.
