AB Inspector of Elections was created in May 2020 by Adrian Barraza of Murrieta, CA. Adrian has over thirteen years of experience as a community association manager and understands the manager's and board's need for an easy and painless process to help comply with the new election and voting rules outlined in Senate Bill 323. SB 323 took effect January 1, 2020.
Adrian Barraza is the sole proprietor of AB Inspector of Elections. All ballots are opened and tabulated by hand. Services are available during Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. The Inspector is willing to meet at a central location with no more than one board member to perform and stream or record the process. Also, the Inspector is willing to perform the entire process alone while streaming live to association members.
