I believe every student has the right to learn, every child is capable of learning, every child deserves to be valued above their academic abilities, and my role is not only to relay content but to create an inclusive, safe, engaging, and community classroom environment. Each of these aspects are very Important to me. Being In my senior year of college, within Senior Internship, I can see how important it is to value a child for who they are, build meaningful relationships, and foster classroom community in order to release their full potential. I believe in supporting the whole child and meeting them where they are to ensure they are successful.
