In my future classroom I will begin each year by fostering relationships and building community with my students. I know that showing my students that I care about them and aim to motivate them to do well will show my high expectations for them. I value the Importance of Intrinsic motivation to help students set, manage and achieve their goals for themselves, while knowing I am there to support them throughout. I also value being reflective throughout every process within my classroom, therefore depending on how the class works together, builds each other up, and continues to grow out classroom community will determine further actions for classroom management strategies.
