At Chullschick, we were honored to take part in the prestigious Ubud Food Festival in Bali, Indonesia—one of Southeast Asia’s most celebrated culinary gatherings.

During the event, Executive Chef Abel Ortiz brought authentic Peruvian cuisine to the Teater Kuliner stage with a live demonstration and masterclass featuring our iconic Ceviche Norteño. Showcasing Peru’s rich ingredients, techniques, and cultural heritage to a global audience, Chullschick continues its mission of sharing genuine Peruvian flavors across top international stages in Asia.
