Chef and Founder of Chullschick Group, is a Peruvian chef and entrepreneur who has brought his country's vibrant food and culture to Hong Kong since 2014. Abel graduated from the Institute of Gastronomic D'Gallia in Peru and the Institute of Gastronomic Celia in Cordoba Argentine. He has worked with famous Peruvian chefs like Virgilio Martinez (Central-Peru #1), Jaime Pesaque (Mayta-Peru #47) by The world 50 Best Restaurants and Gaston Acurio, who is the most important Peruvian Chef and ambassador of Peruvian Cuisine. Chullschick, founded by Abel and his Hong Kong-raised wife Zoe, aims to share his love for Peruvian cuisine with colorful and comfortable environment.
