Kyle is more than just a collection of subdivisions, we are a vibrant, family oriented community. The diverse neighbors and families that make up Kyle are what make this town truly wonderful. We should seek to promote that diversity, build relationships and promote association.

I will seek to develop more community oriented events that bring our families and neighbors together. As Mayor, I believe it is my duty to provide Kyle's residents the opportunity to gather in fellowship.

Schools have always been at the heart of community. I seek to return this ideal to our town. Our schools are preparing the next generation of Kyle's residents. Our next business owners and employees, organizers and activists, friends and neighbors are all being educated in our schools today. We need to ensure our schools have all of the tools and resources necessary to be successful in that endeavor.

By creating stronger partnerships between our schools and local government, community leaders and organizations we can contribute to the success of the next generation of Kyle's residents.

Safe neighborhoods, public spaces and business communities are paramount for a desirable town to live in and visit. At the heart of that is the relationship between the community and those sworn to protect it. I will seek to create a more collaborative relationship between our police department and the community. That relationship is based on communication, trust and respect.

Having a police force that truly know and communicate with the families and residents of the neighborhoods they patrol, as well as having communities that welcome their presence and efforts, will make Kyle a safe place to grow and prosper.

Our small business community is the backbone of our local economy. During these unprecedented financial times, it is imperative that our local government do everything in its power to support these businesses through these trying times.

We should be promoting our small businesses on a wider scale, to make Kyle a destination for the greater community to want to come and enjoy.

In addition, we should be developing pathways to make it easier for our local entrepreneurs to open new businesses here in Kyle for the community to enjoy.
