Well-Being Infographic
These goals will help maintain my occupational balance during my fieldwork experiences. They will proactively help prevent burnout and allow me to bring the best version of myself to my clients.
For my personal well-being, I am committed to maintaining balance throughout the semester by setting aside consistent time for activities that support my mental, physical, and emotional health. As outlined in my professional development plan, I aim to prioritize at least two dedicated well-being activities each week, such as engaging in a physical activity and one crafting activity, to ensure I stay grounded and able to bring my best self to my academic and clinical responsibilities.
