who is passionate about combining Control and Learning for Robotics
I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, where I am developing safe motion planning and human-robot collaboration algorithms for highly dynamical robots at the ICON Lab under the mentorship of Prof. Negar Mehr.
Previously, I earned my Master’s degree in Robotics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. There, I worked on Multi-terrain locomotion of bipedal robots, working under the mentorship of Prof. Jessy Grizzle in the Bipedal Locomotion Lab.
My interest lies in combining machine learning and control algorithms for robots. I believe it's the future of control for autonomous systems. I am currently interested in the:
Learning for Planning and Control of Robots
Motion Planning for autonomous vehicles
Human-Robot Collaboration
