All work is my own.
This history lesson plan was based off of Pennsylvania Social Studies Standards (grades 9-12). The purpose of this was to incorporate audio into a lesson. Vietnam War music is a common idea to do so, but it was still informative to put together a lesson on this topic.
This differentiated lesson plan was made for the class Effective Instructional Strategies for Students with Disabilities. I used what we had learned throughout the semester and applied it to this lesson to create differentiation in a sample classroom.
Each of these Art History lessons was presented and taught to an Italian class of senior students. The head teacher provided materials and I created lessons based on those topics. I needed to teach in English but did use beginner Italian to communicate and understand both the teacher and students at times. These lessons were conducted over Zoom but remained informative and interactive.
These two lessons were created during my senior year of high school as a Teacher's Assistant for a ninth-grade World History class. The document on the left is a comprehension worksheet based on a video that the students watched in class. The document on the right is an outline of the 'end of unit' group project for the class. This lesson required the students to collaborate, research, and communicate with one other. Both of these lessons were implemented in a hybrid classroom setting.
This preschool lesson plan is based on both the New Jersey preschool standards and the curriculum. With research, I have been able to create worksheets and differentiated activities for the students. These lesson plans were done during my high school career when gaining experience at the MCST preschool, which was conducted in person.
