Hello! I am a graduate student in Education Policy Studies at George Washington University focused on teacher workforce policy, school finance, and the governance of public education systems.
My work examines how policy design and implementation shape school capacity, educator retention, and equitable access to resources. I am particularly interested in policies that strengthen the public education workforce, address structural funding inequities, and improve conditions for teaching and learning.
My portfolio highlights research, policy analysis, and writing that explore these issues in practice. Drawing on classroom experience and curriculum development, I approach education policy with a practitioner-informed perspective and a focus on system-level change in public education.
