Special Sections/Corners

AASC Library has various sections and corners. They are as follows:

1. Reference Section : The library boasts a handy reference section that includes hundreds of encyclopaedias covering various topics as well as handbooks, manuals, reports etc. 

2. Children Section : Specially curated books for young readers are kept in the  Children Section of the library targeting the wards of officers and staff.

3. North East Section : It is a collection of books on North East India and the Seven Sisters.

4. Civil Service Officers corner : It contains books authored by Civil Service Officers of Assam.

5. Govt. of Assam Publications : This section is an ever-growing collection of books, reports, manuals, proceedings etc. published by the various departments of Govt. of Assam.
