Structural Hierarchy (Interdependency
The most critical change in this version is the "Additionally" clause. A driver cannot earn a Peak Hour incentive as a standalone reward; they must first be entitled to one of the three KV Weekly Program tiers to unlock the Peak Hour payout.
KV Weekly Program Mechanics
Drivers are categorized into three earning tiers based on their weekly output:
Tier 1 (Top): Requires 150 trips and RM 2,000 GBV to earn a RM 350 incentive.
Tier 2 (Mid): Requires 120 trips and RM 1,500 GBV to earn a RM 250 incentive.
Tier 3 (Base): Requires 80 trips and RM 1,000 GBV to earn a RM 150 incentive.
Baseline Requirements: To qualify for any of the above, drivers must maintain a 4.5 rating and a 90% completion rate.
Ramadhan Peak Hour Add-on
If a driver meets the Weekly Program criteria above, they can earn an additional RM 50:
New Peak Window: 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM (All days of the week).
Threshold: Must complete at least 25 trips within this specific time window.
Final Payout Scenarios (Combined Value)
The total potential payout is calculated by stacking both programs:
Maximum Reward: RM 400 (Tier 1 Weekly + Peak).
Mid Reward: RM 300 (Tier 2 Weekly + Peak).
Base Reward: RM 200 (Tier 3 Weekly + Peak).
Fail Condition: If a driver does fewer than 80 trips or earns less than RM 1,000 GBV, they receive RM 0, even if they completed peak hour trips, because they did not meet the "Weekly Program" prerequisite.
Validity Period
Start Date: 23 February 2026.
End Date: 29 March 2026 (Marking the end of the Raya week).

Result: You qualify for Tier 1 Weekly (RM 350).
Because you hit a Weekly Tier, you unlock the Peak Hour bonus of RM 50.
Total Incentive: RM 400.
Performance: You completed 125 trips total and had 30 Peak Hour trips. However, your total fare collected was only RM 1,400. You maintained a 4.7 rating and 92% completion.
Result: Even though you have 125 trips, you do not meet the RM 1,500 requirement for Tier 2.
You qualify for Tier 3 Weekly (RM 150) instead.
Because you still qualified for a Weekly Tier, you also get the RM 50 Peak Hour bonus.
Total Incentive: RM 200
